I am working with a descendant of Ephraim Hart who is wishing to use him for DAR membership. This would be a new DAR Patriot. The DAR genealogist claims that this Ephraim Hart is not the Ephraim Hart buried in NY,NY with a marker and Rev War information. It is up to us to prove that this is the same person. Is there ANY proof that he is the one that served.
