My profile shows a DNA conflict with a confirmed cousin. The conflict is in error. My cousin tested an advanced DNA test (Big Y) and thus shows a different terminal SNP than I do, he is I-BY463 and I am I-M253. There needs to be a method to resolve inaccurate conflict indicators in this kind of situation.

Rick Combs I agree, I have done the full Y-111 testing at FTDNA and my terminal SNP is different from most others but I am confirmed with 5 others of my surname and have located our MRCA on our trees. This needs to be fixed but I am not about to join Genie just to submit a ticket.
