Improvements to Crf Balloons

the CRF balloons to ensure that the important information was always visible. At the moment they disappear off the window so if they have a lot of family (guess which family I'm looking at!) there is no way to see who manages it or dates of birth and death Sometimes if they are at either the left or right side then information is obscured even in smaller families. Surely this could come up as a pop-up window that could be enlarged for the larger families.
