'I like' or 'Agree' buttons on posts

I'd like a "like"  or "Agree"button so we can agree with a post

  If you're talking about this help section, it already has that.  Unblock Zendesk if your running noscript.  It gives you a little "Me too!" button.

  This is referring to other discussions for as you correctly point out it already is in place here.

  there should be a "don't like" or "disagree" button as well
