Opportunity to add "identifying" information on very common names - Smith etc.

Profiles for someone named "John Smith" or "Jane Brown" inevitably generate hundreds of tree matches which are just too time consuming to work through.   Could we not have a box to tick which would instigate including information that would further identify the person - such as mother's maiden name, father's first name etc. - in the searches/comparisons for those profiles?  I have in desperation resorted to adding information in the name - e.g. John [Fraser] Smith (where mother's maiden name is distinctive, or John [s.o. Thomas] Smith where his mother's maiden name isn't known.   I enter the display name to exclude this information.
