An undo function

I am sure this would be complex to implement, but an "undo" feature to undo a last action would be great.

How about: "Undo last action" - like in a Word processor - to undo whatever a Geni user did last - be that a merge or a profile update?

Or even a discussion post or a message send that the user then regretted - like "recall" in Microsoft Outlook?

  I think that is really needed!!!  I hit the wrong thing and merged instead of not merging...and now I don't even know what it was suppose to be in the first place...any suggestions how to fix that problem!!!

  I agree. I made mistakes and can not getthem deleted. I can not find that X that is supposed to be there to delete names.  It is frustrating.I simply go in and make those names 'no names'''with an explaination they do not exist. How can I delete my mistakes? Help please.....

  I did the same as Elizabeth -- bad merge performed.  How in the word do I go about reverting back to what it was???

  I can't find a way to correct an error. I will not go on till I find a way to correct the error. Everything I do just makes it worse.

  I found theonly way to undo is to make the person go into family tree...and then delete. However, it will not undo lines on here that may be connected. One must check out the matches and disconnect any not related.

  I started the family tree with my mother instead of my father and can't seem to fix it. Her parents there for are incorrectly listed as his and myself as step daughter. No point adding anything more unroll I can fix this
