Collapse similar surnames for statistical charts

E.g. in some languages surnames change with the persons gender. E.g. the husband will be Ivanov and the wife's and daughter's name will be Ivanova. In many cases it's very easy to detect these cases simply because there's one more letter ("а") added for the woman's name. These surnames should be treated as the same surname for statistical charts.
