I would be nice that if you requested a merge from a curator, that the link to the profile in the mail that you receive when the merge has been done would open a data conflict screen for the profile (when there are conflicts)
A mail with recent data conflicts (and a link for all conflicts) on managed profiles every week would also be a nice option to see if there are conflicts introduced by merges by others.
