The way you allow users to save messages is really poorly thought through. I want to be able to save ALL of my message both inbound and outbound and I want to be able to create multiple nested folders to save them in so that I can find the messages I want quickly.
A search tool that can scan the messages and headers would also be very useful.

It is not clear whats happening when a message is NOT saved -- I cant still see all my sent or received ones.
I agree with above -- to organize them by folder or to be able to do any type of search would be desireable.

I find it very confusing to see all of my sent messages in my Inbox when I click on Received messages. I would really like to just view sent ones in Sent and Received ones (both including the whole thread, as they do now, is fine).
The method used seems to be somewhat similar to the way Gmail operates, only different. Makes it very difficult to try to clean up and/or organise!
And yes, folders or even category labelling or starring or colouring would be wonderful!!!
