Not everyone likes being automatically added to a project as a collaborator by someone else. This can be resolved by changing "Add Collaborators" to "Invite Collaborators." People who don't mind being automatically added to projects can opt in to accept all project collaboration invites by default. The rest of us can see invites as a request and then make our own decisions.
