I have been writing to your organisation for over six weeks and no response. I am unable to add or edit data on my own family tree, and it would be a good idea if you wish people to continue using your product, to listen to their concerns. It is most frustrating when you have data that you want to add, relatives awaiting said data, and persistent requests are continually ignored. Please do something to resolve this.

I sent an email to the Geni team the night I signed up for a 2 week trial. However, they sent me an email saying that at the end of the 2 weeks that I would be charged $190 dollars for a whole year or 2. I did NOT want this, I wanted the trial, and then per month. I cannot afford more than one month charge at a time. PLEASE EMAIL ME TO CONFIRM THIS. I WILL HAVE TO DECLINE YOUR SERVICES OTHERWISE. I WILL DO THIS ON DECEMBER 17TH IF I DON'T GET WORD FROM GENI THAT THIS IS STRAIGHTENED OUT. THANK YOU, KATHLEEN MCGARITY
