Your subscription fees should include actual usable genealogy information from a first-hand source, such as those you direct us to at Archives and Genealogybank. It is frustrating to see "hints" of what records can be found for people in the tree when we need to pay for a bunch of different subscriptions again to access the records. Your membership would be much more valuable if it included access to real records, not just ability to network with other users.
Also, you should have a better pricing structure. Your pricing is restrictive to many people who do not have disposable income. You should make your membership more valuable. That means adding legitimate features, product/results that have value both inside and outside of the tree. By taking your same membership and then just putting a price tag on it, calling it PRO and then calling another version BASIC by just removing features, does not make a valuable membership. That is called bait and switch. You need to actually add something of value to the PRO membership to justify its value and cost, such as ACCESS TO REAL FIRST HAND RECORDS.
