A Functional Customer Support System?

My problem is easy, or should be.  I want my account deleted, and haven't been able to do so.  I've now been signed up for about 24 hrs, and there are no other people listed on 'my tree'.  The 'delete account' link isn't functional.

Then there is the woman whose data (and that of her minor children!!!) has been put up, and she cannot get resolution.  She's gotten to the point of threatening legal action, after total lack of response.  Wish I was a lawyer....

Then there is the woman who, although she has explicitly blocked her abusive father here, still has him actively adding  to her profile!

And about six more truly critical issues I have seen.  And I haven't dug more than just a little. None of the serious issues have gotten any response at all.....  Nothing.  And the 'submit ticket' to try to get a response from so-called 'support' just leads into an endless sales-pitch loop.  No contact is possible.

Even more than wishing I was a lawyer, I wish I knew a top-notch journalist.  Might be time for some really bad publicity....

Tried to search out more about the corporate people, since ""customer support"" was useless.  Got to crunchbase.com.  It had the corporate names, and the funders, but it was also a bit scary.  Scrolling down, as a screenshot on the page, was me....  "Linda S"  as part of "Robert's Tree".  Clicking on "See more of Robert's Tree",  it went directly to my page, and I was signed in.  I had been fully logged off.....  Whatever their so-called privacy policy says, don't believe it......

Who is "Robert"?  Does he exist?  Does he have a tree up that has someone else named "Linda Schreiber", and the system matched it literally overnight, and I now belong to Robert?  Is that why the "delete account" link just recycles endlessly?  Does anyone know a good lawyer?  A good investigative journalist?  Someone high up in Charles River Ventures?  Or the execs or board members?  Is this site anything more than data mining vehicle masquerading as a genealogy site???
