The only way to obtain spouses in a gedcom export is to do the export with in-laws trees. However, often some of those distant trees are irrelevant. We can use a feature which allows you to scroll through the available in-law trees ( which are already listed in the in-laws page) and check a box as to whether that tree should be included in the export.

Peter Thorne Some simple to implement option to download connected partners and not their entire trees would be very helpful
