My last two GEDCOM updates have completed quickly and successfully and both caused no email notification to be sent. How can I download the GEDCOM? I wish these showed up in my account until they expired.

Lo Any chance you have told Geni not to send you any e-mail? If so, that is the reason for no notification. As to your last sentence - I definitely concur! Good idea.

Natalie MacLees Hi Catherine - sorry we had trouble getting these two emails to you. There are so many reasons an email delivery can fail and it seems that deliveries have been fine aside from these two, so I think if there was a bug or a problem on our side, it's been addressed. I'll move this discussion to the feature request forum to see if there's any interest in making the downloads available from your account once they're ready rather than just via email.
