... so why not provide a bug report feature even though it will encourage frivolous reporting... I do understand why you don't want to deal with it but.. you wanted to be in this business.. it's part of the price to be in the game. And sorting through stupid user comments isn't that difficult and can be entertaining. ("is your computer plugged in?")
