Send a notification to managers when a profile is designated a Master Profile

Suggested wording: A profile you manage has been designated a Master Profile. For more details, see http://wiki.geni.com/index.php/Master_Profile As in any other notification, it would be managed through Account Settings > Notifications > (radio button) A notification would also go out if a profile has been de mastered, and would not go out if the profile manager & curator are the same person.
