Allow media uploaded to a project to be "owned" by the project.

Any media (e.g.: picture) uploaded to a project is currently 'owned' solely by the person uploading it.  It would be most helpful to have project media actually 'owned' by the project collaborators.  That is, each project collaborator can manipulate those project media as if they had uploaded it.

Furthermore, those project media should not show up in the user's list of uploaded media unless they have explicitly made a copy of it.

  I tagged quite a few images and documents to projects, as "requested" by the Geni fields when adding media, to projects. Why would I do this if the media cannot be reshared? If the intent is to preserve "ownership" by the person who uploaded -then remove the "project" association. The way it is now makes no sense at all.
