There is currently no way to tell when a Feature Request or Bug Report was marked "Planned" or "Done".
A comment entered stating this has now been marked "Planned" - and possibly what is Planned, since comments often include many suggestions, would be helpful. And if a Feature Suggestion or Bug Report is marked "Done", again a Comment entered stating this has now been marked "Done". Perhaps in Bold or Special color, so it stands out.
Since Comments automatically are dated, this allows us to see if it was months ago, or very recently. For "Done" this dating would be especially helpful, since it would be easier to see when folks are continuing to complain about the problem after the Help Team thought it was solved. (Could be due to re-emergence of the problem; could be due to misunderstanding of what the complaint was; could be due to a problem that shows on some browsers, not others or etc.).
