Contact Manager Button in Tree View Mode

Especially for private profiles, in tree view mode it would be very helpful to have a contact manager button.  At the moment, you just have a button to go to the manager's profile page.  But when you send a message form the profile page, it is hard to identify the private profile you saw in the tree.  Much better would be to  send a message directly from the private profile node in tree view mode.  Even better would be a button to request that the private profile be made public, which is usually what we need to do.  At the moment, what I do is climb up or down the tree from a public profile to the private one, or use search, to get to the profile page of the private profile.  Then I can contact manager from the contact manager button on private profile's profile page.  Very cumbersome.  A contact manager button directly on the private node in tree view mode would make communication with the managers of private profiles much, much easier.  Alternatively, you could add a button to go to the private profile's profile page, since that is in fact partially viewable.  On a related issue, I have often wondered why the name is made partly private (just first initial) in tree view mode, when the full name is viewable from the profile page.  it is just harder to get to the profile page to see the full name.  Why make it more difficult to see information that is in fact not private?
