When curators make a profile a Master Profile, the curator should also be automatically added as a follower of the profile (if they are not already following it).
Right now, it's a two-step, three-click process: You have to make the MP and then follow it separately. Not hugely taxing, but still less than optimal.
Having it done automatically ensures better curation and attentiveness to profiles, since no curator will accidentally forget to follow the profile anymore and miss out on updates/activity.
