I would like to be able to dismiss some of these matches without having them recur. For instance, Geni wants me to invite family members to join. However, once my sister claimed her profile, I was no longer able to edit it. I can't accept her matches. Why, then, am I continuing to have to wade through these matches than I can neither accept nor reject for people with claimed profiles? This is an ongoing irritant and needs to be addressed. It causes me to avoid looking at suggested Matches at all - and that's not exactly what Geni's trying to accomplish, is it? ;-)

Bernard Joseph Albanese I agree completely. I make a point of addressing by accepting or ignoring all suggested matches of family profiles. However, there are a number of claimed family profiles that are constantly being displayed to me, which I cannot resolve.
What's even worse is that the family members who have accepted my invitation have the free membership, therefore they cannot resolve the matches either.
No reason to show these matches to me.
