Ability to filter discussions by language

I would very much like to be able to filter the discussions so that I only see the ones in English. It's disheartening to try to wade through pages of discussions in languages I don't speak and that couldn't possibly have anything to do with any of my profiles. I'm sure people working in other areas of the world would benefit from the same ability to filter out the "noise".
