My parents brought a sibling from another country, that is not related by blood, how can I add her and her husband?

For my sisters, my brother, and I, we all see her as our oldest sister.

  Genealogy is all about blood relatives, so non-genetic relationships are not relevant to family trees. Geni does facilitate (legal) adoption, though, so perhaps this might suffice for your requirements.
