Create a discussion in a merge compare page

My suggestion here is to have an easier interface to generate a discussion from a merge compare pages. I had encounter quiet a number of merge request which when compare their immediate family it's hard to tell anything from it. More further discussion between managers is needed to confirm their similarity.

It will be great if we can just click one button which will auto generate a discussion which will include all the existing managers from both profiles. Another method is to include a discussion section in the merge compare page.

The discussion generated can be added to the profile's revision after the merge for the merge evidence.
