Use an icon (book?) to indicate there is a story with the profile

I have added several personal stories to profiles of my family, but there is no way to know they are there unless you click on the name and view the profile. I have almost 800 names on my family ancestry, and to click on each one, is too much to find if they have a story or not. Maybe you could be a very small icon (such as a little book or something) to indicate to the view that there is a story or other media included.  You do this with numbers and such, and adding this would be very convenient and beneficial.
