How about adding a phone number to call to talk to a tech person to resolve issues with GENI?

Have had a GENI account for years. Yet I keep getting anniversary updates and birthday updates for people I am not related to. My stepdaughter is related to them and I don't want to receive their family updates. Only my stepdaughter and her immediate family. How does a person correct this? I have found nothing on this website to help me with this issue and would really like to speak with a technical support person to get this resolved. I am almost ready to delete my account and tell everyone I know, broadcast it on social media to never use GENI.
