I paid for a pro subscription via paypal and my account still only shows as "basic" and I cannot access any of the pro features. I cannot submit a ticket because the site does not recognize me as a "pro" member. This is very frustrating,

Geni Support Team Hi John, it sounds like you are logged into a duplicate account under a different email address. Please log out of that account and log into the account you used to purchase your Pro subscription. Be sure you are using the correct email address for your Pro account.
