My account is being managed by deceased mother Frances Jean Whitlock and not myself Frances Jean Whitlock. I entered Frances Jean Harlow-Whitlock and Frances Jean Whitlock-McGowan in hopes of correcting this.

Frances Jean Whitlock-McGowan There is only one problem. I have been Frances Jean Whitlock or Frances Jean Whitlock-McGowan for 45 years.Frances Jean McGowan was a short period of time. I am legally Frances Jean Whitlock. McGowan left eons ago and we were legally separated in 1998. At many points in my life it was easier to Whitlock-McGowan as I had two degrees with different family name. So,,, is there anyway I could stay Whitlock or Whitlock-McGowan?

Jeff, Geni Curator Yes, absolutely - edit it how you like. I thought you had used those conventions so that I could easily understand the relationships, so when I renamed the profiles to reorder them, I used the typical method.
