Can't remove relationship, box is greyed out

In my haste to copy & paste relatives here from my tree on Ancestry, I accidentally skipped a name.  My grandmother Marie had parents named Arnold & Jennie.  Arnold's parents are William & Rosanna.  I accidentally made Rosanna Arnold's wife.  So to fix that, I made Rosanna William's wife also, and then tried to remove her relationship to Arnold.  But after I checked the box to remove that connection, I got a warning that I was about to split the tree and the box to "Remove" was greyed out.  I tried clicking both "Save & Close" and "Save & Continue", but neither one made any change to the relationship.  I'm using Chrome, not sure if that makes a difference to your site.

  Jim, splitting a tree is a Pro membership feature, but let me walk you through this as I don't think you'll have to split the tree.  We just need to do some merging.  In tree view...

  Follow these instructions for merging. http://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229703267

  1) Create Jennie as a spouse of Andrew

  2) Edit Marie and select relationship tab, change parents to Andrew and Jennie.

  3) Merge the two Rosanna profiles.

  4) Resolve the conflict on the Rosanna profile by clicking the yellow triangle and select the William profiles as duplicates - merge them.

  5) Now that you have a weird cycle where she's connected to the tree in two ways.. Edit either her or Andrew and you should be able to remove that relationship, fixing the tree.
