New user here but was thrilled to find my entire tree line already existing beginning 4 generations back and then into history. I found my great, grandfather from my own records in Geni and all the history before him.
After him, it shows he had about 9 kids and 6 are marked private. I believe my grandfather is one of the 6 marked private. How can I continue the existing tree to include my grandfather, Dad, me and my son? Or how do I find the curator who "owns" this section?

I too am researching my ancestors and have found out part of my ancestors are already on geni.com. I have checked that portion of the tree and it matches exactly what I have.

Sure Paul, I've merged in your tree. I suggest doing this much lower in the branches though. It makes for more work to merge the entire chain. Also, there were a couple conflicts - so you'll want to discuss those with other tree members and figure out which ancestry is correct. One being the mother of Abiah Miller (Waterman) and some conflict around the birth date and mother of James Ellis.
