Unable to export my tree in GEDCOM 5.5.1

I'm trying to export my GEDCOM file in GEDCOM 5.5.1 format and keep getting the same error in Size option - it asks me to export between 1 and 0 profiles and regrardless the number I specify I get the same error:

Profiles to export (between 1 and 0 profiles)

 

I am a free trial user and not a creator of a family tree

 

Please advise

  Please see How can I export my GEDCOM?

  You can export a GEDCOM file for any profile that you added or anyone in your immediate family (as long as they or the manager are not blocking you).

  Basic users - GEDCOM exports are limited to 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 5,000 profiles
