How can I edit the profile of individuals managed by me to update their (individual) email address?

  As soon as a user claims his/her profile you cannot update that profile anymore unless that user allows it (see https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy)

  My brother in law died in 2022 and we added that to his listing… so why do I get a notice that his birthday is coming up if he is dead

  Could it be there is duplicate profile without the death date?

  It may help to give to the profile.
