Job Waterreus If you did not delete your old GEDCOM from Geni, you can undo the import from the GEDCOM page (https://www.geni.com/gedcom).
If you want to do that keep in mind that Geni will unmerge any profiles from the import that where merged and then delete the imported duplicate profile. An unmerge can have problems (data in the wrong profile or completely missing) however if there where done any mutations after the merge.
If you did delete the GEDCOM from Geni please do not upload a new one as that will create a duplicate for each record that was also in the old one.
If you are able to upload the new GEDCOM to a SmartCopy supported platform, you could consider using SmartCopy to update Geni instead of trying to reverse an import and importing a new version of the GEDCOM.
For SmartCopy see https://www.geni.com/projects/SmartCopy/18783
