Can't Access My Original Account
So I started an account years ago and built out a fairly extensive family tree going back a long time. Recently I found a few things out and wanted to come back and edit a few things. Unfortunately when I tried to retrieve my oasswordit said my email wasn't associated with any accounts.
Now I can search my original account and it shows up, but I can't access it and I can't get support unless I pay the fee, but I don't want to buy pro on this account I want to buy it on my original account.
How do I get access to that original account since Geno doesn't allow anyone not paying to get customer service support?
