Dear Geni,
One of my older accounts was banned in August for being underage (despite not being in the EU) and because of this, I have been completely unable to access the account and its settings in order to properly remove my family data off the website and delete my account properly. I have sent multiple help requests to Geni, however all of my requests have been ignored and not replied to.
I was wondering if I could contact Geni privately without needing a premium subscription in order to completely delete my former account and all data associated with it from the website, which I am unable to do due to being completely blocked from accessing any part of the website (including settings) on that account.
As aforementioned, I have already submitted multiple deletion requests, however my account and all the people/data I have put on it are still on the website.
