I have a relative who handled her own page. She passed away 5 months ago. I filed a report to customer service 3 months ago. The page has yet to be updated. How do I contact customer service to find out why nothing has been done?

Geni Support Team Hi Ronald, it appears a privacy report was incorrectly submitted for your relative. Please note that your relative's profile was previously reported as Deceased in June by the profile manager. Her account was unclaimed and marked deceased at that time. If you go to her profile page, you will see that you have the option to edit her profile to add additional information.
If you are referring to a different reported relative, then please provide the link to the profile so that we may look into it further.
