My new email is allan@mmii.ca. Original email was allan@excellence.ca

This has happened to me. I was added as a new member to Geni whereas I have been a member for many years & normally have a large family tree which i’d like to regain access to. What on earth is happening?
Hi Deanna, it sounds like you accidentally created a duplicate account. I recommend you log out of that account and into the correct one. If you don't remember the email address you used for your actual account, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
