Even as a manager I can not delete erroneous sources added by other users. The delete button does nothing. I have seen this many times and the sources usually concern someone else with same/similar name. It is easy for anyone to add them, but nearly impossible to get rid of them. In the past I got help via a help ticket, it should be much easier, at least possible for managers of a profile.
In this example profile a user has added sources for other people than the profile in question, creating conflict and confusion:

I have contacted the user and asked him to remove the sources.
