Frode Evensen First of all, this is the forum for feature requests, and not support. I am not affiliated with Geni in any way, just a user.
Geni supports both regular and strong passwords, and I have never heard about any user having password problem like this before. I use a really long randomized password with both digits, characters and special characters, so Geni does support a broad range of options.
I have not tested to set my passwords as emoji though, and has no experience with that.

Geni Support Team Hi Diddi, it sounds like you may not be typing in your password correctly. You can click on the eye icon to reveal what you are typing in the password field and double check that you have entered it correctly.
