So I asked Geni to get access to my previous accounts that I lost access to, and apparently they "accidentally" put me on the account that isn't subscribed to Pro. Please help! I'm gonna lose my 14-day trial because of this absurd!

Geni Support Team Hi Breno, I see that your original account had already taken out a free trial in 2023. Since users are only eligible for a free trial once, when your accounts were merged, your second free trial was automatically canceled.
I have now added a complimentary Pro subscription for the remaining days of the trial to your account. Once it expires, you may choose to upgrade your account or remain a basic free member.
