I tried Geni Pro for one day, but I could not find my relative. I closed it due to my financial situation. I have had no confirmation. My account still says PRO. But this is listed in managing my pro account :"Your free Geni Pro trial subscription is set to expire on Thursday, May 22, 2025." Does this mean that it is canceled?
Please help me cancel it as I cannot, at this time, afford this wonderful service.
