Hi!
When we in November 2010 set up our mutual accounts here, my daughter's birth date was, due to some different American date version (others than the Swedish one), faultily set.
Today is her 25th birthday, but her info here say she is 33 years old. She can't edit her own info as she hasn't access to her account anymore and I can't edit it either, like I can with other relatives in our family tree, so how can we make it right?

Per Christofer Döss That link was only about subscriptions and not about account changes. To get an ordinary ticket you need a PRO account and there are no other email service to contact them on, so that's why I tried the community instead...

Geni Support Team Hi Christofer, if your daughter claimed her account with her email address, then she will need to contact us directly to make changes to her account. Please have her email us at subscriptions@geni.com .

Per Christofer Döss As I said, this was 15 years ago and she therefor has no access to her account anymore or her then used email address. That's why none of us can edit her own faulty info here.
