One great grandfather and a great grandmother are sister and brother. (Bertha and Arthur) When I try to combine the two family branches I have problems. How can I delete the duplicate entries?

Geni Support Team Hi Marc, if you have two people who are related in multiple ways within the same blood tree (i.e. first cousins who are also married), we call these types of relationships "Cycles" on Geni. The green x2 that appears at the bottom left corner of your great grandparents's nodes indicate that they are in a cycle. Clicking on the x2 will take you to their other position in the tree. Note that this does not mean the profiles are duplicates. They are the same profiles in two different positions in the tree.
