Hello. I am looking to delete my account and have all info I have added deleted. I have gone through the profiles I have made, but some are merged with other trees. I understand that other people can 'claim' a profile, but it still says 'added by' and then my name. I do not wish to have my name anywhere on the site when I delete my account. I would like these accounts to say instead eg. 'added on' and then a date, instead of my name, or to be transferred somehow to the people who now use them. Thanks for the help!

Geni Support Team Hi, please submit your request by emailing us at privacy@geni.com . In your email, please specify that you would like your profiles transferred to other users, but that you would like your name removed from the "Added by" field when your account is closed.
