I thought this messages appear when a person mail is not reachable, but recently I found this appears for perfectly valid mail, so when does this generated?

Geni Support Team This means that the emails sent to them bounced, thus it was undeliverable. For the profile you sent, I see that the emails sent to that address bounced. If the email address is still valid, then perhaps whatever the issue was at the time has been resolved. I removed the flag so we can resume sending emails.
