Twice earlier, I opened new records for my fifth great grandfather (ca 1716 and have exact complete dates) and fifth great grandmother, saved them both times; went to the tree view to be certain that they were there, and they weren't. Can anybody explain why this is happening? I would be grateful as I have several more even older generations to add. Thanks for your time and thoughts

Can you also provide more details so we can reproduce your issue? When you say "records for 1716," are you uploading documents to those profiles?
