Does the About section refer to the individual or the times?

I have an About section below the Overview; Media; Timeline etc tabs for some people in my family tree.

Does the About section refer to that individual, so about them, or does it relate to the times they lived in.

E.G. The About section, mentions various Kings for some of my relatives, but I don't know whether that King was on the throne at the time my relative existed, or whether my relative was King.  I ask this because the dates of birth are often the same/or very similar.

I can't find anywhere what the family names were for these Kings, but some were French, as were my relatives:

One was Henry Bucklande born in 1326 and the About section simply says King Edward the III, born in 1327.  Question, was Henry Bucklande known as King Edward the III, or was Edward the III on the throne at the time my relative Henry Buckland was alive?
