Hi all,
A family member that i invited to the tree has changed her name to "Ukendt" (Unknown in danish) and deleted her kids from the tree.
Can her write access be removed, and any changes she made be redone? or is my best option to remove the profile, and re-create the people she removed.

Hi, once a relative has claimed their account, then only they will have full control over their own profile. This means she has the right to remove her own private information from her profile and the right to delete her children from the tree, if she does not wish to have them on Geni. However, if she has vandalized the tree beyond removing her own information or that of her children, then please email us at misconduct@geni.com with those specific examples and our customer service team will be able to further assist you.
