I have been curating my tree for more than 10 years and it is gone. Can it be backed up and revised to the previous version? It is very important to me.

Geni Support Team Hi Surendra, I see you were able to log into your account, which still contains your entire tree. I do see that there is a tree conflict that needs to be resolved, which may be affecting how you are viewing the tree. Please click on the yellow triangle to begin merging the duplicate profiles.
Note that it is showing a duplicate account for yourself under a different email address. You may merge your accounts by following the steps in our FAQ: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229705587-How-can-I-merge-my-own-profiles
